THE ROYAL HOUSE OF LA: MANTSE NII KPOBI TETTEY TSURU III:

LA is by far the most important sub division / district of the GaDangme region. It is home to the Accra International Airport , the University of Ghana at Legon, the Ghana Trade Fair Center , a string of first class hotels and tourist beaches and havens in Accra , as well as the spiritual home of some of the most sacred shrines and cultural traditions of the GaDangme people.

The LA Traditional Council is also in partnership with the GDFC and the TUCC in the development of advanced Information technology in the area.
